This Privacy Notice explains how Telime collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Telime mobile application. Telime is a personal scarf archive and knot reference app that helps users organize scarf photos, notes, voice note summaries, style tags, and monthly outfit summaries. This notice is intended to help you understand what information we handle, why we handle it, how long we keep it, and what choices you have.
Telime is designed to provide personal organization features such as scarf record creation, knot note summaries, archive filtering, quick rewear suggestions, and monthly summary cards. Some features require access to your camera, photo library, microphone, or local device storage. We only collect and use information as described in this Privacy Notice.
Telime is intended for users aged 17 and older. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17 years of age. If we learn that information has been provided by a person under 17, we will delete that information as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe a person under 17 has used the app and provided information, please contact us using the contact details below.
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade user data.
We do NOT share any user-uploaded or user-generated content with any third party.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data. All AI processing is performed exclusively on our own internal servers.
We may use a limited number of third-party service providers only for cloud storage, server hosting, or basic infrastructure operations. These providers act solely on our behalf and under our instructions, are bound by contractual obligations to ensure data security, and are NOT permitted to use user data for any purpose beyond what we instruct.
Such infrastructure providers do NOT use data for advertising or user profiling, do NOT use data for AI training or model optimization, do NOT use data for their own purposes or redistribute it, and do NOT independently access or use user content except as technically necessary to provide infrastructure services under our control.
We may also disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, lawful requests, court orders, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the app, or the public. Any such disclosure will be limited to what is legally required.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to access information associated with your use of Telime, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of stored information, request export of certain saved records, and withdraw consent for permissions such as camera, photo library, or microphone access through your device settings.
You may delete scarf records, knot notes, summaries, and related local app data directly within the app using available edit, delete, and clear data controls. You may also contact us to request assistance regarding privacy questions or rights requests. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
Depending on where you use Telime and where our infrastructure is located, information may be processed in countries or regions other than your own. This may include temporary processing of uploaded images or voice-derived text on servers located in different jurisdictions. When such processing occurs, we use reasonable measures intended to protect information and require service providers to handle data under our instructions and security obligations.
Telime is not designed for facial recognition or biometric identification. We do NOT perform facial recognition, do NOT perform biometric analysis, and do NOT create, collect, store, or share face templates, biometric identifiers, or biometric profiles.
If a user uploads a photo that happens to include a person or face, the image is processed only for the app's scarf organization features. We do not use faces for identity matching or biometric inference. Uploaded images used for processing are deleted after processing is completed, subject to the retention terms described below.
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we make material changes, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this notice and may provide additional notice within the app where appropriate. Your continued use of Telime after an updated Privacy Notice becomes effective means the updated notice will apply to your use of the app.
Uploaded content submitted for smart processing, including scarf images sent for structured organization, is deleted after processing is completed. Raw voice recordings are not retained after processing; only the generated short summary may be saved if you choose to keep the record.
Generated results, including structured scarf profiles, knot reference entries, style pairing snapshots, monthly summary cards, and related history, are stored in your app history or local records until you delete them. You can delete these records at any time using the app's delete or clear data functions.
Temporary processing data created during upload, transcription, structuring, or summary generation is deleted after completion of the relevant processing task.
Crash logs and diagnostic records, if collected, may be retained for up to 12 months for security, debugging, and service reliability purposes.
Support messages or customer service communications, if you contact us, may be retained for up to 6 months unless a longer retention period is required by law or necessary to resolve an ongoing issue.
User-provided information. We may collect information you choose to provide in the app, such as uploaded scarf images, brand details, colors, patterns, materials, sizes, purchase time, style tags, wear scenes, text notes, favorite status, usage status, exported summary actions, and voice note content that is converted into short text summaries.
Automatically collected information. We may collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as device type, operating system version, app version, basic usage events, error reports, crash logs, and transaction-related status data for in-app purchases. We may also store coin balance records locally and validate Apple in-app purchase receipts as needed.
Cookies and similar technologies. Telime is a mobile app and does not rely on traditional browser cookies for its core functionality. However, basic local storage, temporary session identifiers, or similar technologies may be used to keep the app functioning, remember settings, and support security and reliability.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These measures may include encrypted connections during transmission, restricted access controls, minimized retention of uploaded content, local storage controls, and contractual safeguards with infrastructure providers.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and controlling app permissions and local access.
We use information to provide and operate Telime features, including creating scarf archive cards, generating knot note summaries, organizing style tags and wear scenes, supporting archive search and filtering, producing monthly summary cards, enabling export actions, maintaining purchase-related features, and improving app stability and security.
We do NOT use your information for advertising.
We do NOT use your information for user profiling.
We do NOT use your information for AI training or model training.
We do NOT sell your information.
We use only the minimum information reasonably needed to deliver the requested app features and maintain the service.
Some Telime features use automated processing to transform uploaded scarf photos, notes, and voice-derived text into structured scarf profiles, knot reference entries, and monthly summaries. All AI processing occurs on our own servers only.
We do NOT use any third-party AI services to process user data.
Content submitted for AI-assisted processing is used only to generate the requested result for the user. It is deleted after processing is completed, except for the result that you choose to save in your history or local records.
User data is NOT used for model training, model tuning, model optimization, or the development of generalized AI systems. We do NOT use processed content for advertising, profiling, resale, or any unrelated secondary purpose.
By downloading, accessing, or using Telime, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Notice and agree to the collection, use, storage, and handling of information as described here. If you do not agree with this Privacy Notice, you should not use the app. You may also control certain permissions through your device settings and may stop using the app at any time.
