By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Telime, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement and any policies referenced in it. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.
Your use of Telime is conditioned on your compliance with this agreement. Continued use of the app after updates to these terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised version, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Telime at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated this agreement, used the app in an unlawful or harmful manner, interfered with the service, or created risk for us, other users, or third parties. We may also discontinue access to some or all features where necessary for maintenance, legal compliance, security, or business reasons.
You may stop using Telime at any time. Upon termination, the license granted to you under this agreement ends immediately, and you must cease using the app. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will remain in effect.
Telime is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or quiet enjoyment.
We do not warrant that the app will meet your expectations, that generated summaries or structured records will be complete or error-free, or that defects will always be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, device content, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Telime.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising from the app will be limited to the amount you actually paid for Telime-related in-app purchases during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if greater.
Telime is offered on an availability basis only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous operation, error-free performance, or permanent availability of any feature, generated output, stored data, or purchase-related functionality.
We may modify, replace, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the app, including Smart Scarf Log functions, monthly summary refreshes, archive tools, reminder features, or export features, at any time with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
Subject to your compliance with this agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use Telime for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable platform rules.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You may use the app only as expressly permitted by this agreement and may not exploit the app for commercial services, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
We may revise this agreement from time to time to reflect changes in the app, legal requirements, security practices, payment features, or business operations. When we do, the updated version will become effective on the stated effective date or when otherwise made available to you.
If you continue using Telime after the revised agreement takes effect, you agree to the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the app.
You are responsible for the content you provide through Telime, including scarf photos, text notes, voice notes, style tags, scene labels, and any edits you make to generated fields. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit that content and that your content does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, publicity right, or intellectual property right.
You are also responsible for reviewing generated archive cards, knot summaries, tags, and monthly summary content before relying on or saving them. If you export or store content, you remain responsible for maintaining your own backups and for your use of that content outside the app.
You agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Telime and its operators, affiliates, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, settlements, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the app, your content, your violation of this agreement, your violation of applicable law, or your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
Telime uses automated processes to organize uploaded scarf information, summarize voice notes, generate structured scarf profiles, create knot reference entries, suggest pairing snapshots, identify idle items, and produce monthly outfit summary cards. These outputs are informational tools only.
Automated results may contain inaccuracies, omissions, incorrect tags, mistaken classifications, incomplete summaries, or unsuitable recommendations. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use, edit, save, export, or rely on any generated result. Any reliance on generated output is at your own risk.
You may not use Telime to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or related systems, interfering with service operation, distributing malware, scraping or harvesting data, using bots or automated means to abuse the service, or circumventing technical or payment restrictions.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code, models, workflows, or underlying technology of Telime except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. You also may not upload content that is infringing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, or use the app in a way that suggests it is a social marketplace, styling score system, body evaluation tool, or commercial recommendation engine when it is not.
Telime is a utility app designed to help users organize scarf-related outfit records and accessory styling references. Users may upload one to three scarf photos, add details such as brand, color, pattern, material, size, purchase time, style tags, and intended wear scenes, and provide either written notes or short voice recordings regarding knot methods and styling impressions. The app may then generate a structured scarf archive card containing standardized fields such as pattern, color, material, size, style tags, wear scene, knot note, voice note summary, usage status, and notes, which the user may review and edit.
The service may also create supporting content derived from user submissions, including structured scarf profiles, searchable knot reference entries, style pairing snapshots, and monthly outfit summary cards that highlight commonly used scarves, common knot methods, scene distribution, and lower-frequency items. Additional features may include a knot reference library organized by wear position such as neck, head, bag, and waist, quick rewear suggestions based on recent records and style tags, reminders concerning less frequently used scarves, and export tools for monthly style summary cards.
Core archive tools may allow users to save scarf records locally, add new knot logs, edit generated fields, mark favorite or commonly used items, filter the archive by attributes such as color, material, style, scene, and usage status, delete records, and clear locally stored data such as archive information, transcription summaries, and thumbnails. Certain smart organization and summary refresh features may require consumable in-app currency. New users may receive a limited number of free Smart Scarf Log uses, while manual entry, browsing saved archives, adding knot notes, and viewing previously saved summaries may remain available without charge.
To support functionality, the app may request access to the camera for scarf photos, the photo library for image import and saved exports, and the microphone for voice note recording. Uploaded images may be transmitted for cloud-based structuring and deleted after processing. Voice recordings may be used to produce short text summaries and may not be retained in original audio form after processing. Scarf archive data and knot references are intended to be stored locally by default, subject to user editing and deletion. Coin balances may be recorded locally and linked with encrypted Apple in-app purchase receipt data as needed for purchase validation.
You must be at least 17 years old to use Telime. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using the app on behalf of another person or entity where permitted, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this agreement.
You retain ownership of the photos, notes, voice inputs, tags, and other content you submit to Telime. We do not claim ownership of your user content.
However, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and time-limited license to host, transmit, process, analyze, reformat, summarize, and otherwise use your submitted content solely as necessary to operate the app features you request, such as structured record creation, voice note summarization, knot reference generation, and summary card production. This license exists only for the purpose of providing and improving the requested functionality and does not give us ownership of your content.
Telime, including its software, interface design, text, branding, service structure, compilations, algorithms, generated templates, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in this agreement, no right, title, or interest in or to Telime is transferred to you. You may not use our name, logos, designs, or proprietary materials except as allowed by this agreement or with prior written permission.
Telime may offer consumable virtual currency in the form of coins through Apple in-app purchases. Coins may be used for eligible app actions such as smart archive generation or refreshing summary outputs where indicated in the app. Coin costs may vary by feature and may be displayed at the time of use.
All purchases are processed through Apple under its applicable terms. Except where required by law or by platform rules, purchases are final and non-refundable. Coins have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not redeemable for money, are not transferable, and may not be resold or exchanged outside the app. We may correct balances, prevent misuse, or remove improperly obtained virtual currency where reasonably necessary.
This agreement and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Telime or your use of it will be governed by the applicable laws that validly apply to this agreement, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
If any provision of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
